While on my second day of #100happydays I realised how under stated Monday is.
Although one would think to have some pamper time on a weekend, I think we should change society’s concept of Monday!(LOL)
After bringing ourself to set the alarm at a disgusting early hour, actually waking up , actually going to work and work for 9 hours, I think we deserve pamper time to help us get through the week.
Honestly this is not a standard routine but I do occasionally do this on Monday’s and all I do is 45 minutes worth of house work and a light dinner. So light up your favourite candle, have the usual shower; but add an extra 45 minutes of chill out time. Winding down at home in your own sanctuary at your own time must be one of the most pleasant feelings ever.
Cleanse thoroughly your face, which should include a face scrub and a cleansing mask. While leaving the mask dry; buff, file and moisturise your hands/nails. Then continue your usual moisture procedure and make sure your next step is sitting down and doing something you that will keep winding you down. Continue to chill as much as you possibly can read or browse or speak to a nice human! lol
