Hello Lovelies from the Antarctic. Malta is freezing my friends, it is literally on the brink of becoming a frozen rock!
While sipping on a hot cup of green tea, I bring you some products that I turn too frequently, or rather since December 2015 since I bought them.
All the products were purchased from heaven on earth; Boots in Oxford Street and Westfield Shepherds Bush.
Will start from the brushes as I have been looking to complete my Real Techniques brush set. I seem to always turn to these brushes, the fibres are perfectly fitted for the job and so delicate on the skin.
Real Techniques Sculpting Brush (Pink in the picture above). This brush is slanted and chunky, perfect to give you a precise contour with no excuses. You get the sculpting effect precisely where you want it and I also use it to blend out the contour.
Real Techniques Concealer Brush (Gold in the picture above). Again it has a slanting brush but sharper and smaller. The size is ideal to apply the concealer on the desired areas and also allows more control to clean around the eyebrows once you fill them in. Makes everything come together so well.
Rimmel Stay Matte 001 Transparent. This pressed powder is being bought in stacks so i will never run out. The product is a holy grail, it finishes off your foundation and settles ever so softly on your face. It also does not break the bank so you can have a spare one in your hand bag. Everyone should try this product and everyone should listen to me, it is brilliant!
Maybelline Brow Drama in Medium Brown. Now this little guy here has a funny way how to introduce himself. The brush nib is spherical and when you first see it you think, ‘hold on how am I gonna get it on my eyebrows only its too big’. Surprisingly it works around your eyebrows with enough control and then doesn’t make them feel crispy but just steady enough to keep them set for the whole day.
Rimmel by Kate in 42. This was a quick purchase as I forgot my nude lipstick in Malta when I needed it in London! So swooped quickly to the first Boots available and picked up this gorgeous nude shade that glides on your lips smoothly giving you a combination of a matt/glossy finish.
Collection Contour Kit Highlight & Sculpt – Again this was a surprise purchase. Contouring is something i am easing in slowly so I am trying different products. As I am very pale the mission is slightly tougher as I prefer a soft sculpting effect. This kit is perfect for a very pale skin to achieve a rather natural everyday look & it comes with a subtle highlighter which make up for a great everyday combo.
Take Care Lovelies x
P.S All the above opinions are my own and only my own. This is is not a sponsored post.
