Hello Lovelies! Today’s post is a estetically pleasing to the eyeballs. Just look at the above image, KIKO has got their packaging on point. Opening the products I feel the excitement level has remained consistently high, everything is so symmetrical and in my books that really tickles my fancy!
So let me give you a closer look of the item’s I chose. First and foremost the standard bits i know and I love. KIKO Nail Care Gel Look is a great top coat, that has a long lasting power and dry’s in a decent amount of time. This is the second time I get this product and I love using it on my toe nails (as I rarely am fussed to do my hand nails).
Next is an elite in my make up collection, and it seems it is for a lot of people as I could not find it around London in February. This is the KIKO Precision Eyeliner in Black. The applicator is a dream for perfect winged eyeliner, it is a pointy semi soft nib, sturdy enough to give you enough control to make even a shaky hand like mine create a flawless line.
Moving on to some lovely art deco packaging KIKO Rebel Bouncy Blush in 03 Treasure Rose. The box itself is work of art it has a dark purple pattern and gold writing and the blush container itself is rose gold. Such a girly blush it is absolutely lovely. The actual blush is very old school dark rose and the pigmentation is really heavy, however you can blend it perfectly with a damp beauty blender as it has a certain amount of creaminess.
Another art deco inspired product is the KIKO Eyeshadow in 06 Metallic Shine. Again the packaging is just beautiful, whoever designed this really is passionate about their job, attention to detail was key! The pigment in this little guy is so strong, so this is good if you want an intense block colour on your eyelid and then blend a grey or black in the crease to make it pop even more.If I knew I would like it so much I would have actually got another one to keep when this one finishes.
The largest product looks like it is part of an American sorority, it has a dark green with hint of yellow and a bold KK emblem. KIKO HI- Brow Expert Eyebrow kit in 02 Brunette. This kit still needs to be tested and reviewed so that will be on my blog in a couple of weeks. What it contains is 2 shades of powder, 2 shades of illuminator, setting wax ,4 stencils and an applicator.
Another “sorority” inspired product is the KIKO Double Match Lipstick and Lipliner 01 Rose. I loved the concept that you can carry your lippy and lipliner in the same stick. This is such a casual and soft pink with a slight shimmer. You will need to carry this with you though as you will need to reapply it a couple of times .
Hope you enjoyed the haul you can find most products from http://www.kikocosmetics.com, most were sale items so they might be out of stock now however I am sure they stock alternatives to each product!
Take Care Lovelies xx
